This is a digital file containing 34 pages of step-by-step instructions on how to build a mobile cart for the DeWalt jobsite saw. This build was featured on the RLLWoodworks YouTube channel and is a great mobile cart for anyone with limited shop space or a jobsite table saw. It measures roughly 44" long, 36" high, and 25" deep. It is specific to the DWE7480 but can be adjusted to fit a different brand or model.
This file includes over 60 images as well as a Cut list and Drilling guide as well as a Materials and Tools list so costs can be estimated. I also link to two YouTube videos going over the process in even more detail as well as links to some of the supplies I used. The cart has an infeed table, outfeed table, two drawers of storage, a cabinet for dust collection and is mobile for easy use in a small space. It has made a huge improvement to my shop and my workflow and I hope it will to yours as well!
